About me

I am an IFS-I Level 2 trained IFS therapist, as well as a practitioner of core shamanism.

I have always found great fulfillment and purpose in helping others heal. To that end I have studied Reiki, massage therapy, Somatic Experiencing and Core Shamanism. In 2022 in earned my Master's in Counseling and in 2024 I began formally studying Internal Family Systems, first through IFS Canada and then through IFI-I where I received my Level 2 training.

As someone who has always been fascinated by the magical, mythological and spiritual dimensions of life it is also my mission to support those who share that fascination. Like so many, I had psychic experiences at a young age and I have traveled many paths attempting to make sense of those experiences. Some of the paths I have walked are:
